Clepon.com is the official online store for Clepon^™, a U.S.-based dietary supplement brand owned and operated by Logos Keystone LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clepon.com website (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from the Site. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase our products.

By using Clepon.com, you also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and confirm that you have the authority to do so. The Site and our services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) and who can form legally binding contracts. By using Clepon.com or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You agree to use Clepon.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations while using our Site.
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of Logos Keystone LLC or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Clepon.com if you engage in any of the prohibited conduct above or otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

Clepon.com offers dietary supplement products for sale to end consumers. When you place an order through our Site, you agree to the following terms:

• Product Availability: We make every effort to keep our product listings up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. If a product you order is out of stock or discontinued after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly. We may offer an alternative product or the option to wait for restock, or we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
• Pricing: All prices on Clepon.com are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect any order you have already placed. If a pricing error occurs (for example, an item is listed at an incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order. If this happens, we will contact you with the correct pricing and you may choose to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a refund.
• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase. Please review this email and contact us promptly if you find any errors. (Note: The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order request, but it is not our final acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel or limit the order as described below.)
• Order Fulfillment: We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
• Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: inaccuracies in product or pricing information, product unavailability, suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers/distributors in violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and ensure you are not charged for that order (or we will issue a full refund if payment has already been processed).

Payments: Clepon.com accepts various payment methods (such as major credit cards) as indicated at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your order total (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees) to that method. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party processors, and we do not store your full credit card information. Prices shown on the Site do not include taxes; any required sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed. In that case, we may attempt to notify you to provide an alternative payment method. Subscriptions: For certain products, we may offer subscription plans that provide automatic, recurring deliveries. If you enroll in a subscription, you will be charged automatically at the specified interval (e.g., monthly) and the product will be shipped to you for each subscription cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each recurring shipment until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time via your online account (if available) or by contacting us. To avoid being charged and shipped an upcoming order, you must cancel before that order is processed for shipment (we recommend canceling a few days before the next scheduled shipment date). If you cancel after an order has already been processed, that order may still be shipped and billed, but your cancellation will stop future shipments. We reserve the right to change the price or terms of a subscription. If the price of a subscription product changes or we discontinue a subscription service, we will notify you in advance. You will have the opportunity to cancel the subscription before any such change takes effect. If you continue with the subscription after a change, you are deemed to accept the new terms or pricing. Any promotional discounts applied to a subscription will remain in effect only according to their terms and while the subscription is active.

We currently ship Clepon products only to addresses within the United States. Orders to international destinations are not accepted at this time. Our shipping policies are as follows:

• Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping and handling fees will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Shipping costs may vary based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.
• Delivery Times: We strive to deliver your order promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout (for example, a certain number of business days for standard shipping). Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or weather) may affect delivery. If there is a significant delay or issue with delivering your package, we will do our best to inform you.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier. After we ship your order, you are responsible for working with the carrier regarding delivery. In the rare event your package is lost in transit or never arrives, please contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate, and if necessary, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, consistent with our refund policy.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with a Clepon product, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

• 30-Day Window: You must request your refund within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. (The delivery date is typically determined by the carrier’s tracking information.)
• No Return Necessary: For safety and quality reasons, we do not require you to return the product to us in order to receive a refund. Please do not send the product back. You may keep or dispose of it, as we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements.
• One-Time Refund Per Product: Our satisfaction guarantee may be used once per product per customer. If you have already received a refund for a particular Clepon product, we reserve the right to decline additional refund requests for that same product from you.
• Eligible Purchases: This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through Clepon.com. It also applies to Clepon products purchased from our official store on Amazon. If you purchased through Amazon and seek a refund under this policy, please contact our customer support with your Amazon order information. (You may not need to return the item via Amazon, as our policy waives the return requirement.)
• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at info@clepon.com within the 30-day window and provide your order number (or Amazon order ID) and a brief explanation of your issue or dissatisfaction. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details (such as a photo of the product or the lot number) to assist with processing your refund and improving our products.
• Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow us up to 7–10 business days to process the refund once it’s approved. After we issue the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account. We will notify you when we have processed your refund.
• Refund Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the product. Any original shipping charges or other fees you paid (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to an error on our part (such as a product not delivered).
• No Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or where we suspect abuse of our refund policy. Examples of policy abuse include excessive or repeated refund requests by the same customer or fraudulent claims. Our satisfaction guarantee is intended in good faith for customers who are genuinely unsatisfied, and we may refuse to honor it for anyone we believe is exploiting the policy.

All content and materials available on Clepon.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, are the property of Logos Keystone LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Logos Keystone LLC. "Clepon"^™ and the Clepon logo are trademarks of Logos Keystone LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Clepon.com and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the Site or its content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Maximum Liability: In no event will Logos Keystone LLC’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products exceed the amount you paid to Logos Keystone LLC for the product(s) at issue. If the claims do not relate to a product purchase, Logos Keystone LLC’s liability shall not exceed an aggregate of $100.00.

Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you have a dispute or claim regarding Clepon.com, these Terms, or any Clepon product you have purchased, you agree to first contact us at info@clepon.com or at our mailing address (provided below in Section 17) and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue. Please provide a written description of your dispute and your contact information. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally through communication with you. If we cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days from the date we receive your notice, then either party may pursue formal legal action, consistent with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Clepon.com (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. For example, we may terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to us or other users. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

You are free to stop using the Site at any time. If you wish to terminate your account (if one is created) or stop using our services, you may do so. Please note that any termination of your use of the Site does not erase any rights or obligations that have arisen prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive and remain in effect after termination.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site (including your purchase of products) are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Logos Keystone LLC arising under these Terms or related to the Site or products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
